Don't know about people doing weddings in diapers. I imagine some people have, especially if they are wearing a ballroom, incredibly large dress. Other then that, the whole, bridal diaper thing is a meme.

If you are a female, which I kinda doubt, wearing a diaper should be fine due to the dress. But if you're a male, I would worry about the diaper interfering with dress pants. Unless you have loose pants that is. Not trying to rain on your parade, just saying that it might be noticeable depending on the cut of the pants.

I've attended a wedding diapered!

I had a slightly overactive bladder growing up, and was prone to accidents (maybe 2 or 3 per year) as a teenager.

I went to an out-of-state family wedding where I was not planning on wearing diapers. However, I ended up having an accident in traffic on the way to our hotel, and then wetting the hotel bed the night before the ceremony.

I ended up wearing what was essentially a pull-up under my suit for the entire wedding day.

One very important thing to remember is that if you plan on using the diaper, you'll need to bring a clean one, which can be really hard to hide at a wedding.
