It's called pixivfanbox, and I actually started to throw 1000yen per month at an artist I like to express my gratitude towards him. I got a neat little heartfelt thank you message by him and all his rewards consist of getting his newest works a few days early and getting to see the rough sketches for each work, kind of a behind the scenes kind of thing.
I don't think a japanese doujin artist has the guts to lock away his content like this.
