I could've sworn I had a website saved in my bookmarks that anon recommended when I bought my custom daki, heart something or another, but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me and google is only pulling up fucking etsy/deviantart-tier trash.
My personal advice is to buy a bootleg/shit-tier custom made daki first on a pre-made image you have/have possibly up-scaled get a good upscale if you do it. You can do this for like $20-$40, it will be made of cotton most likely, and it will give you a general idea for the size and shape of the daki you want. If this is to your fancy, since like me you have a waifu who isn't from a popular series, you will likely have to custom order your daki. This can easily get into the $300 range so you better be prepared if you want to go this route, anon. An example of the price of a commissioned daki can be found here: https://www.moemarket.com/commission.html

I interpreted the breaking eye contact, because she just found out(I guess) her daughter is in a play and thus was a bit irate for being lied to(then again, she did come to school so maybe she already knew her daughter lied to her), and not because Best Mom was talking to her.

She probably figured the culture festival was a lie and came anyways, but didn't have any idea that her daughter was doing a play (or that her daughter was in said play). She was probably surprised in the "I knew she lied so I wouldn't come, but she's in a play and she didn't tell me?" sort of way.

I think you're reading into it too much, anon. Misu saying that there's no festival is just the punchline for that page, she probably told her mom the truth afterwards.
Misaki's face in this page was just a normal reaction to being talked to out of the blue. She doesn't want to talk to Akemi, so she pretends to not see her and walks away. The next page probably won't even have the moms in it.

Right after the anticlimax that was the fireworks festival, Fumita seemed content with crawling through other arcs, and even concluding the storyline to Carol's boyfriend (notice how Blondie hasn't shown up since they became a couple?).
Now we just seem to be getting faster and faster, burning through every potential moment that something as simple as the details >>840167 mentions.
I'm going to assume that Fumita is intent on ending Tomo as soon as possible, either because of a lack of interest on his part, or because of how unpopular this work has become. Or maybe pic related, who knows.

>What an ignoble end
Truly. This could have been the arc you remembered but it was all setup and no payoff. What was it even for? What did it tell us we didn't already know and what things happened that couldn't have happened at any other time? Like can we list them?
>tomo gets more jealous at the thought of misuzu being close to jun than I imagined
>jun learned to become the tree
>we learned that tomo gets steamed over boys doing feminine things
I just re-read the arc and that's all I can think of that I didn't already know and/or that could not realistically have happened in another scenario. I'd add it was made explicitly clear that Misuzu feels like Tomo not being seen as a girl it's entirely her fault and something she cursed Tomo with unless this was already made clear and these story lines leave me unable to remember anything anymore but that was from an introspection without setup that could have happened at absolutely any time so it doesn't count. I'd also add that Misuzu feels like everyone is moving forward but her, but that again gets disqualified for that same reason.
Am I brain damaged or is that really it? Is that what came out of 1 1/2 month and some 40 pages?
