Maybe a full translation of Urusei Yatsura, or a new anime? I really like the non-filler sections of the story, and think that the gags like Heian Period would work too. Its the 40th anniversary of the manga next year, and with monstergirls gaining ground as a theme it'd stick pretty well. On top of that you could put new spins on characters, like having Mendo and Shinobu retooled to be like new school fujoshit. Who am I kidding, I'm probably gonna be bullied for wanting something that already has 10+ OVAs, and lasted solely on a horny teenager being a living shitpost.

I'm worried about this one. I worry if they will do it justice, and I worry about it getting popular and co-opted by normalfags and furries. Also this is the first time in a while that I was really into a manga before it got an anime adaptation, and I never like having a mismatch between the way I imagined the characters sounding and the way they are represented officially. Did you play it? It's an entirely unnecessary sequel. It adds nothing but plot holes to the first and completely ruins one of the key moments in the first one retroactively. The only thing good about it is Maho and she is really just (deliberately) a repeat of Kurisu except more loli and green. 0 retroactively made the first one worse, because you can't delete your knowledge of the retcons.
