It's more that they created a make-believe god because Kanako was too proud as if to admit that most of the actual work is done by Suwako.

Also, the shimenawa on Kanako's back represents her victory over Suwako - IIRC it has nothing to do with sealing the Moriya god.

Chances are certain that Yuuka won't reappear as a boss in HSiFS and neither as a playable character in AoCF, no matter what Yuukafags wanna dream.

The last hope for them is that Yuuka may return as a cameo making part of some battle audience in a particular scenario or something. Dubs confirm.
