I'd go for Kaguya.

She seems like a friendly and gentle person and as NEET princess probably has a compatible lifestyle. Might not be very useful on the other hand and surely won't be doing any cleaning or cooking.

Mokou would make for a pretty good housemate. She's not a troublemaker, she looks like a pretty laid back person who can still get things done when needed. She also cooks, so that's a plus. Sure there's the fights with Kaguya, but as long as they kill each other outside, there's no problem.

Think about it. Maribel wears very similar clothing to Yukari, can see the borders while Yukari can see and control them, and wanders through Gensokyo in her dreams.

Yukari is Maribel stuck in this dream. And as for the temporal paradox - I think that's not an issue for someone who laughs into the face of the time-space continuum.
