I don't think Yuuka is that moody that often. I think Reimu is both the calmest AND the most temperamental.

Yuuka is the politest Touhou. Yeah she's sadistic and loves teasing those weaker than her, but she does it in a very cool, calm and collected manner.

As for the most temperamental,I agree with >>45473 on this. It reminds me of that time she killed a villager who turned himself into a youkai even after said villager pointed out how she is friends with and doesn't kill youkai.

That only means Yuuka is a sociopath. Which admittedly disqualifies her for this particular job.

As for Reimu - she is just doing her job, really. Shiki Eiki isn't temperamental either because she sends people to hell; it's simply her duty.
