Ford racing has been dumped, it opens and goes into attract mode however controls don't work so… yeah, supposedly controls are done over usb instead of JVS but i've tried an xbox 360 controller with no luck

Are you sure? I can't find any info about Ford Racing running on a Lindbergh.

Check the manual here at page 68, it shows the PC which doesn't look like a blue lindbergh: http://segaretro.org/images/3/30/FordRacing_Arcade_UK_Manual_Deluxe.pdf

There is also this guy here, who claims to have it for the Europa-R: https://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=258733

And as I said, the changelog for Teknoparrot mentions "first Europa-R game running, support for Ford Racing added" (or something like that :D)

I dunno I might be wrong, but to me it doesn't look like anything that is Lindbergh related.
