It seems like all the machines out of Japan are converted to Nostalgia. The process is done through USB or DVD and there is no access to the hard drive. I guess Konami really wants this game to disappear.

I'm writing a simulator that runs on Windows tablets though (Android ones are too small), will update if I have any progress.
