Here is some NFS Arcade recovery ISO files which have been sitting around on my computer for a few months.
As far as i know this game does not require a dongle to run however controls aren't working
Inside this archive are 3 files:
NFS Recovery - Installs the XP Embedded OS, uses a DOS based image program which loads a CD Rom driver which may not work on newer computers however works on Virtualbox and once installed on Virtualbox the image can be cloned to a Physical HDD and booted in a normal computer
Gamedata 1 - The first half of the need for speed data, standard windows installer however it does a check to see if its being installed on XP embedded or not
Gamedata 2 - The other half of the gamedata
