1) The officer described how Hillary had a child CHAINED to a tree or bed and that she cut off her face and was laughing while wearing it.

2) Then they cut her abdomen open and played with her guts.

3) After that Hillary stuck a tube up the girl's nose to remove the pineal gland then taking a bite and getting high.

4) finally she sliced the girls jugular and smeared the blood on themselves.
