The version I had, had a bunch of the DLC, but that was on an old comp that the hard drive got fried on.

You can play the game without the DLC to be fair, the DLC just adds some extra characters for the most part and side stories

I just saw on Fag95Zone that they are trying to create a 3D version of this game called Neo Freecities. I told them they should try and get in contact with the people working on the Pregmod version of Freecities. I also said if they could port everything from pregmod to their 3D version of it which runs on Unity. So what do you all think of a 3D port of Freecities Pregmod.
