ITT: Paranormal or not? (stories about you)

>wake up at four a.m.
>go to bathroom
>look in mirror and stare into my eyes
>puke my brains out
im healthy and I don't know what could have caused me to do this all of a sudden. No medications, no alcohol, no drugs etc. I do live up against the woods where shit does roam around but I dont think it has ever gotten to close to me or inside my house. This is either something paranormal or my body decided it needed to cleanse itself. I also want to hear stories of things that happened to you that you arn't sure what it could have been.
