I mean we are aware that anyone who makes it to the Presidency alive is serving the purpose of the shadow government and it's warring factions I hope. Whitewater was connected to the Iran-Contras, and Obama and Trump have staffs full of people that worked on shady spook projects. They're literally all puppets. This is what I believe too. There's probably only one shadow government and it's global (although the shadow government itself might have been infiltrated by people who disagree with its aims and want to destroy it).
