I feel very old, I'm certain I've been around for a long time. When I was about 3 years old I was able to read without being taught. My parents thought it was astonishing but looking back on it, it was just something that I "knew" how to do. I'm not sure how I knew how to do it except I remember seeing the symbols (letters) in my minds eye and intuitively knowing their meaning. For example, if I saw the letter "B" I could tell just by the shape of it that it made a "Buh" sound. I've also always been very talented at playing the piano, it's another one of those things that came naturally to me. When I was about 8 my grandmother bought a piano and I immediately knew how to start playing some simple songs, after my grandmother saw that I had talent she started sending me to piano lessons. My teacher told me I was her most talented student and at my recital I received a standing ovation and far more applause than any other student. One man approached me and said it was the best performance he'd ever heard and asked who my teacher was. The point being, I've always had certain natural talents that I'm certain I picked up in the past. I guess the question for me is, how can I tap into these past lives? I can't afford to go to regression therapy but I want to find out for certain where exactly I came from. It's something that's been bugging me for a long time. I feel like I have unresolved business and it continues to eat at me. When I get anxious, without even thinking about it I say to myself "I want to go home" even when I'm already in my house. If any of you anons can help me with this in any way it would be greatly appreciated, some decent books on the subject would be appreciated too.

I'm in the process of developing "spiritual eyesight" and I partly attribute my very recent ability to see energetic fields to my rare diet and supplement routine. I was curious if there was anything in your diet, supplements, or medications that helps you tap into past lives, as I have zero intuition or memories regarding past lives, and normally past life sensations cease after childhood. So you might be doing something to maintain the ability. Are you willing to describe your dietary habits? Do you get much sunlight exposure?

I haven't really tapped into any of my specific past lives, since I haven't put a whole lot of effort into it aside from meditating on it a couple of times. I've had dreams of the past before but I'm not sure if that was legitimate past life regression or just my interest in history. The reason I feel I've been around for a long time is simply intuition, a lack of belonging within the current paradigm and a sense that there's something I need to complete that I didn't complete in the past, along with the sense that I need to get back home, even when I am sitting in the home of my current life.

I have had spiritual awakenings on the past though, I've seen void and I've seen what some might call "God", although the latter involved meditations heavily aided by amphetamines (adderall) and marijuana.

>inb4 it was just the drugs

The drugs had a big effect in allowing my full mental power to come out but I know what I've seen and at the time I was very heavily into metaphysics and meditation, far more than I am right now.

As for diets and supplements that I've found helpful, eating Sardines on a regular basis is a good idea as they have a high concentration of Omega 3 fatty acids which are good for the mind and they are very low in mercury. Damiana is also a good dream herb if you're interested in that sort of thing, It's helped me with lucid dreaming in the past.

>Does anyone else feel like they've lived past lives?

Yes.

>how can I tap into these past lives?

I really advise in not doing that. Everything what was unfinished in these lives you remember will return.

Also your self-motivation could fall to abysmal levels and in worst case you could attempt to kill yourself.

It happened to me and there is some stuff that I would prefer that it would stay forgotten.

>I feel like I have unresolved business and it continues to eat at me.

It would better for you if you will focus on that. Get that stuff over with.

I realize you aren't saying you can view a past life like a movie, but when you receive intuition about something what is your state of health and mind? Is it energetic? Is it stressed? Is it tired or perhaps exceedingly alert? What is your mood then? Happy? Sad? Neutral?

 No.38928

If you have unfinished business, it's usually family business.

Many things are passed through genes, even memories of traumatic events. Look through your family history…was anyone murdered? Betrayed? Suicide? Does your family still generally reside in the same area? Start there. Ask for guidance from your ancestors before bed.

The ability to remember one's past lives is one of the many siddhis (basically, super powers) that a person can develop through the practice of meditation and yoga.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siddhi

I've read stories of yogis who reached such a high level of spiritual advancement that they were able to perfectly remember their previous lives, as well as being able to perform seemingly impossible feats such as defeating gravity or walking through walls.

intuition is just something you have. It's like a gut feeling. I guess you can kind of tap into it by thinking about things in depth you wouldn't otherwise think about, like the nature of what one might call "God". Thinking of the physical aspects of nature helps as well, such as how and why scientific forces work the way they do. You know you've come across a truly intuitive thought when you have a "Eureka" moment.

>Major/Final battle on big planet (Around 2.8x bigger than Earth) with two moons

>Defenders being fucked sideways by ships on orbit and soldiers on ground.

>Attackers made unreasonable demands. I don't know what about it was.

>Defender general/boss decides to destroy entire planet with nukes in worst case of fuck you ever instead.

>Entire planet was destroyed, everyone still on planet was dead and 50% of fleet on orbit was erased.

>After that, there is timeskip to current day.

>I saw Mars-like planet on one side and Jupiter-like gas giant on second with bunch of asteroids around.

>One of moons for that unlucky planet was still around.

>I wondered what happened to second moon and I wanted to see it.

>So I was teleported to see it.

>It looked like modern Earth.

Yeah, the energy that leaves our body when we die eventually transfers into another in the future, explaining past lives.

 No.39431

>how can I tap into these past lives?

1. Get in a comfortable position.

2. Relax your mind.

3. Take full breaths, filling your diaphragm.

4. Hold your hands up an shape them as if you're carrying something.

5. Explicitly intend in your mind to create a chiball ("I want to create a chiball"), and start moving your hands in whatever way feels natural to grow the chiball.

Keep your head up, and legs spread out.

Once you learn how to form the chiball, you can take your spirit back to previous instances that it was in before.

>without even thinking about it I say to myself "I want to go home"

That's because you're more metaphysical as a person than physical.

>some decent books on the subject

Jay Essex's creation series.

Raw vegan, then water-based, then non-physical diet.

If it can be perceived, then it exists. Pleiadians apparently inhale laughing gas in place of oxygen.

The beginning would be to obtain 'The Kularnava Tantra', and study it closely. Make sure its not the abridged crap. It holds the basic techniques of Lifting the Veil of Maya, and recapturing the past life memories.

In a way, yes. Your story rings a few bells when i think of my childhood. My mom always described me as astonishingly "active" and "curious" as a baby, and she often remembers having conversations on life and death with me when i was 4-5 years old for some reason (that being said, i can vouch for my mom, she never lies when it comes to me).

And, when I was in school, I sucked hard at english, and when the teacher laughed at my pronunciation one day, i remember being very angry, and when I got home, I opened my notebook to where I had written the pronunciation rules. After that, it's a blackout, but I remember that the very next day, I was chosen to read another text aloud. Perfect english. The teacher was astonished.

 No.39469

>>39468

Ever since then, I would say that my native tongue became my secondary one, with english taking it's place. All the teachers who've met after that were shocked. I literally wrote better essays than them, and some had a very long career.

… Hard to describe my feeling in words, but I just got major chills.

I say the exact same thing. I say that exactly when I get anxious or uncomfortable (if no one is around to hear me). It just comes out of my mouth. I don't even think it, really.

Arthur Avalon is acknowledged by most as an authority and trusted scholar of all things tantric, so I would say it's unabridged. By the way, this tantra is not always worded in the most direct way, so if you get stuck, look around via google for commentaries that elucidate the more difficult passages, such as 'The Kularnava Tantra (A Study)' ISBN# 978-9381209332.
