I'm staying alone at a college dorm during the summer (I don't like my family, so I cut a deal to stay here). It's in a pretty populated town but is empty during summer.

I found this spooky Aztec looking ashtray by the pool and am wondering if I should keep it or put it back

Any idea what it says? Oaxaca is a city in Mexico I found out

It looks like it was drawn by a retarded 5-year-old child and is almost certainly not cursed. No idea what it says though. That doesn't even look like writing to me.

Hm, it might be cursed, I can't tell from the pic. There's a fairly easy way for you to find out though. Rub the tip of your peepee all over it, and wait for 18 hours. If at any time during those 18 hours your peepee hole starts to itch or hurt then the object is cursed, dispose of it in the standard method of breaking it into 7 pieces and burying them separately.
