Pre-light era
In the beginning there was nothing but beings with supreme power aka Gods.The Gods became self aware and decided to build an Universe, but being all capable of doing everything by themselves, they wanted to do it themselves and thus is born the first argue and the first dispute in a time before time itself. And them came the first war. The gods created their own army in accordance with the perceptions of what they desired for their own universes and wage wars with each other.
Not all the gods acquired self awareness at the same time, there are Gods who acquired conscience much, much later the last God to acquire conscience was Yaveh. As he became conscious the first thought that came to his mind was “what is going on?!” as a fierce fighting between beings was going on right in front of him.
-It’s war to see who will create everything kid! One of the Gods replied as he was ripping one of the eight legs of another god.
And while the fierce battle raged on Yaveh took his distance and began contemplating the huge war that was taking place everywhere and he learned. And discovered one of the two things that would decide the whole war, the abstract thinking.
Gods don’t really have a need to thinking abstractly since anything that He (let’s use this pronoum) thinks, he can automatically make real so there is no much logical need to imagine things and consequences, and consequences of consequences. The problem arises when you try to created something and is immediately destroyed by another God trying to kill you! And thus the other Gods didn’t had the time to evolve their thinking capabilities for ages.
