Does anyone know of any meditations to increase willpower? Void meditation is what currently interests me but i'm not sure how to advance in my practice

Mindfulness meditation is usually recommended because it changes the brain in a way that improves self-control. If your problem is lack of will, rather than the ability to control your emotions, I'm not sure meditation is the answer. Willpower can be compared to a muscle, it gets progressively stronger the more you use it. So if you're currently unable to focus on one task for a long period of time, start with a smaller period and keep at it until you reach your goal.

in my opinion it counts as a meditation.

buuutt…

dancing :)

one can enter trance states also from music and dancing, it gives a natural confidence, which is something similar to willpower in my theories,

maybe acting?

acting is good too :)

there is quite a link.

then what would you suggest for someone who has no will

Anything that helps you concentrate can be considered meditation. Lots of people meditate without realising it, just by walking.

I don't think it's possible to have no will whatsoever… but if someone had absolutely no will, I guess he wouldn't care anyway?

Those without will, follow religion. Those religions without will, paves way for terrorism and extremism. Be careful of this thought pattern because it might mean the end of your own life, if it hasn't happened already.

Start doing them then. If you give up, no big deal. Just try again.
