There was never a proper purge, since we were externally constrained (and also controlled opposition was employed by the dictatorship), the post-commies appropriated alot of the common wealth or sold it out on the cheap to foreign vultures for bribes, now that leftover slope hang on in the media and shit and propagandizes youg omegas, hipster types, arthoes etc.
We aren't super nationalist and there's a divide between people with a patriotic outlook and cryptocommie globalists like everywhere else. Its just the average Joe is less suicidally complacent because of how harsh our conditions were economically up to now, so when shills go "muh poor refugees, all women and childrunz, they're surgeons and rocket scientists that will pay for our retirement" they usually don't give in, because their calculation is: do I want to starve? [y/n].
