>Elite: Dangerous
It sucks. It's comfy and if you want a long, long distance space trucking sim you might like it, but there's fuck-all to do and the ship/weapon upgrades are extremely binary: either they're better or worse than the ones you have. Ships are especially bad for this; a skilled pilot in a Cobra will still likely never defeat an unskilled pilot in an Anaconda, for example. It's got all the right "sim-lite" features that make my pilot-penis go doki doki, like the bassy thumps of your cannon or the perfectly-pitched whine of the engines as you spin up to insane speeds in the sub-hyperspace "realm" and a neat UI but I came away from it really disappointed. Maybe the lunar gameplay where you drive rovers on moons is pretty good (I dropped it before that came out) but I doubt it.
>Prey
Pirate it. It's not exactly bad, but it's certainly not a good Prey game and it's not very long. Gameplay and storywise it may as well be Bioshock In Space and it's ridiculously easy to break the game by crafting whatever that item is that gives you more skill points. I'd give it a solid 6/10 because it doesn't try to break the mold in any way and does absolutely nothing with the Prey name.

Can't comment on this one.
