Apparently there was a stream that I didn't know about. Basically the game releases on November 28th on PS4 in Japan. Apparently it's not an action game or an RPG, but rather it's an RTS which is very interesting considering that everyone was expecting more of an action RPG. Here's hoping Vanillaware doesn't shit the bed with this game.

Vanillaware has made an RTS/Tower Defense game. It was Grim Grimoire. It had plenty of yuri undertones and big ass demon towers. Ghost knights, fairy spam, and chimera raped everything.

I still dont get it. what the fuck is this? its like some turn based tactics game except you can barely see your units, or the enemy units for that matter.
I have to say I am still disappointed, good on them for trying something new but this just looks bad.

Thanks for posting anon. Too bad it's not coming out on the Vita anymore though, it would've been the perfect platform for it. RTS are meant to be played on PCs and handhelds, not far-away TV screens.

The main villain is the MC's little sister and she wants to restart human history (setting is post-apocalyptic with almost no tech) so that it can form a complete loop and she'll get to watch Star Wars again.

I believe it was the authors goal to make each volume different from the previous. They succeeded because I cannot tell you how we went from a guy punching his way through problems to an ending that would make Jojo part 6 blush.
