I'm pretty sure it was the bungee cord one.

Is my disc just fucked up? Has this happened to anyone else? I was really hoping to 100% this game.

There's apparently a glitch where if you speak to Patrick and don't have enough socks to get a spatula he'll take the socks anyway, leaving it impossible to collect the final spatula. Have fun restarting the entire game.
