Just nabbed one of these for 30 dollars a few days ago and been looking to grab some games for it. What are some decent or just mildly interesting games that do not already have a PC port? I've already got The Darkness, Fable 2 and Eternal Sonata and looking into getting Crackdown and Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise. The games also don't have to be U.S. region specific since I am planning to flash the drive and RGH the Xbox.

Also just general appreciation and discussion of the Xbox 360 I guess. I feel like console exclusive multiplats are for the most part best played on the Xbox 360 rather than the PS3 because of the better overall performance Xbox has.

Eternal Sonata got an extended port on the PS3 like Vesperia did. I think at this point the only JRPGs still exclusive to the 360 are Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, and Infinite Undiscovery, and Lost Odyssey is the main one I see liking for.

If you haven't played Nuts and Bolts, play it, and not because it's topical right now. Its the reason I still keep an Xbox around, and it's a very fun game to brainlessly toy around with. I especially like building insanely fast cars and driving around Nutty Acres in first-person view till I feel sick. It has a very crisp artstyle, sandbox gameplay, and the best music of any Rare game. I put over 50 hours into my last game, and didn't even complete it, most of that time was spent playing in the hub world or Nutty Acres.

Not really unless you count the torx screwdriver the Xbox 360 requires for you to open it. Maybe a sata cable if you don't already have an extra one not in use.

These? Some of it's a little outdated. There are a few games on the second pic which say they aren't available on PC but they are now. And a good chunk of these 360 games are playable on Xbox One and even perform better on Xbox One

Crazy how we're nostalgiaing over this. It feels like yesterday the 360 was modern. But then I remembered the console's life was prolonged unnecessarily and we got an additional 3-4 years of lazy developers dragging this thing on delaying the next graphical leap.

The vietnam DLC for bad company 2 and all the online passes for EA games are free as well, so is the first alice game but you need a copy of madness returns to play it, it's DLC, not a standalone game.

Surf's Up is not that bad. Sweet music and simple, quick gameplay. Little substance but if you want something arcade-y, this is a good bet. Not bad for a licensed game.

I'd recommend Sonic Unleashed (360/PS3) as a decent pastime as well but it's framerate suffers frequently. Plus it's a Sonic game, so you already know something ain't right.

Try Blue Dragon, it's an excellent jrpg with a turn-based combat system that I really enjoyed.

I also liked the way leveling up worked in that game: There are nine classes which your characters can switch between at any time (once unlocked). These classes have different stats and abilities which you gain as they increase in level. What's interesting is that once you unlock a particular class's ability, that character can equip that ability while playing another class. Many abilities synergize well with another class, so it behooves you to change class periodically to enhance your build.

Yeah, nearly all, if not all multiplats was made with 360 in mind, partly because it was the dominant console, and partly because it allowed for easier PC ports iirc.
