When the lobby gets filled up, you'll be automatically put into a normal public lobby and the game doesn't tell you. You'll just have to figure out of you're in the right place based on whether or not there are non-vidya words and normalfags everywhere. And the lack of use of the word nigger is usually a good tip-off.
