As you probably could tell, there are two sets of moon weapons. 30 moon weapons and 100 weapons. Both of them come at 0* stars so you need to add the Damascus cost to their original cost.
Out of all the 30 moon weapons, only about three of them are used in current Primal grids. Those weapons are Gisla, Crimson Finger and Spear of Assail (You may notice a pattern between them). The Spear is also a bit dubious since it's difficult for wind to enable Enmity and it's an element that is much better suited for Stamina.
The problem with these weapons is that they're so old that they've been completely powercreeped. You might see a L'Arc or Durandal meme grid when the Normal Crit change is implemented.
The 100-moon weapons are all used as Mainhands and are never used outside of that. They are also limited to a single element meaning that they are extremely niche.
The 100 moon weapons are all good MHs for their specified purpose (except one) but I'd say that only two of them are remotely worth their cost, Ameno Habakiri and Excalibur. The only one that is simply bad is Mjolnir. 30% cap up is not worth it if you can miss an entire Ougi espedcially not if you consider that Gae Bulg is just Mjolnir but better.
Ameno sort of speaks for itself. It has the best ougi effect in the game (when it triggers), and it has a great MH effect. It also has good Swordmaster/Glorybringer skills.
Excalibur is the best MH in the game especially for Glorybringer. Having near permanent 50%+35% echoes, a 50% damage cut, 30% Ougi cap and a massive heal when you Ougi makes it so Excalibur really has no competition. It even has Big Garrison which is quite a rare skill.
The other weapons are hard to justify getting because of those two despite the other weapons also being good MHs. I'd say that Gae Bulg and Sky Piercer are worth considering but they are a much tougher sell.

If you only want to unlock Soldier and Kengo you don't really need to do Coop anymore: Replicas can be gotten from the shop, creeds for pendants and the showdown materials from the maniac quests or Xenos.
As for FFLBing them into T4/EX2 Class Chimp Weapons, you can probably rest easy and get carried if you want the horns (maybe someone in your crew can give you a hand). For the emblems you need Rank 120 I think, so by that point you should be able to hold your own.

During the early Christmas draws I drew SR Ladiva and later in the season Earth Jessica and SSR Soriz, who gets bonuses from women in the front line. My Earth team was weak at the time, so it took some consideration to decide who to field. Earth Jessica ended up on the front line for a while even though she is only an SR.

Arulumaya and Sara worked well. Sara can tank the normal mode ougi with her first and third skill, and then use her 50% team cut on alternating ougis/triggers. Her counter passive triggers 100% of the time, so you can get about 3mil in counters from her each turn.
Arulu's delay is useful to avoid her ougis and her veil is great before the 75% and 25% debuff triggers.
As the other anon said, Eustace is great too. Attack down on ougi and his para has good uptime.
Also run doctor on the first fight and stock up on green pots. They carry over so you can have heaps ready for Mac.

For skills, gravity and delay to avoid as many of her ougis as possible. If you find yourself falling below 50% too much, take the advice above and run doctor on the earlier fights to stock up on green pots. There aren't really any special debuffs to fuck with her.

Last year we've got Quatre and Feower showing up in costumes so those are a given. (Skins)
Scatacha and Seruel also got shown in swimsuits during the event and Anne appeared topless in Grea's Fate Episode.
But since Heles is a 2016 character and Naoise a 2018 one, I think we might only see another Alster character in 2020.
On the other hand, on the Homoknights department, we've got Percival in 2016, Siegfried in 2017 and none in 2018 so I think it's likely that we'll get a Summer Lancelot or a Summer Vane.
The Grancypher crew can also only count Rosetta in 2018 and Io in 2014, with Kat, Eugen and Lecia only getting SR versions, maybe it's time for someone else to step up.
Another thing to note is that the last Summer Draph we've got has been Izmir, back in 2017 with all the bullshit about her paizuri hole getting censored if you played the game in English.
Ilsa also represented for the Society charters in 2018 while Grea did the same for the Manaria ones, so I think it's likely they're going to rotate that cast out. It also feels too soon for a Summer Societte.
This leaves us with The Main Crew, The Alchemists, the Lumiel Knights, the Gunsmith Sisters, the Jewel Resort crew, the Goblin Hunters, the Crystalias, the Choco Cats, the Zeyens, the Levin Crew and the Primal Beasts and at least one of them has got to be a Draph.
So my votes for the 4 SSR Summer characters are going to
Lancelot/Vane as the only male
Christina since the Jewel resort has recently been mentioned again due to SSR Ladiva and she even got new art they can reuse in her fate episode before she puts her bikini on.
