I have been working in China for several months. I can confidently report that Chinese women (and men) use their phones far more than people anywhere in the US. Enhanced an old gif.
Spend a fucking hour trying to get my data from gimp to ffmpeg because the only animation image format ffmpeg supports is apng and the only animation image format gimp doesn't support is apng.
So I had to export all layers to png. Luckily the export all layers plugin broke with the release of GIMP 2.10. Then I had to write a fucking file listing all the files and feed it into ffmpeg.
Totally wasn't worth it but here's the result.
