Are there any games you tried for a few minutes or even hours but gave up on and never revisited but kind of wish you did?
I remember when the PSP game market crashed, with no survivors, and you could get like 10 games for £20 or less. I picked up bunches of games i tried and either loved or just traded back in until i found more i did.
One that i remember not enjoying as a teen but i think i might as an adult was Metal Gear Acid. A somewhat turn based Metal Gear that used cards rather than real time gameplay. At the time i just went 'this is not muh tacticool espionage action!' and threw it in the return pile.
But looking back now and after playing things recently like Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories i feel like they might not be amazing games but i think i would enjoy them a lot more now than i did as a dumb kid. Shame emulation is really the only way to play it without digging out a psp and finding a copy that works well what with the rapid UMD disc rot rate due to the faulty glue. Surprised it never got a psn release when fucking PoOps did'
