AKSYS started this shit. They did so by laying out the same, tired playbook NISA did with Criminal Girls: by laying it at the feet of the ESRB and saying "It couldn't be helped". And that ALL versions of the game were changed to "avoid an AO rating". This is Aksys's responsibilities, first and foremost. Don't shovel shit onto the platformers when they genuinely have fuck-all to do with it. The only thing Ninty could have done was either shrug, or tell them not to sell their censored shit on their paltform at all, which actually would have been fucking fantastic.

That loli (& her in-game sprite) was given spats instead of going essentially no-pan. In the final dungeon, a boss fight with a succubus was altered so that she didn't look like she was sucking dick. The dialogue remained untouched. The final notable edit was the boxart, which actually was ESRB-enabled, since they're puritan about any boxart that looks remotely lewd. First pic related was altered so that you couldn't see Melvy's (left) panties.
The game on a whole is lewd, especially since all of the dialogue was left in-tact. Several monster bosses outright proposition Fried after they lose their fights.

Yes, it's good. You control your loadout and custom, all classes are viable (w/work) for optimization. The story is fun, the girls are endearing and funny, the endgame content is bloody massive. If you see a copy in the wild, pick it up. It's the best dungeon crawler Vita has to offer.

Not to mention it has a great battle system and a ton of the fights are actually difficult. There's a great deal of depth in the combat system and you actually feel like a completely different team when you change your team setup. The dungeons aren't baby tier later on and you can actually get lost inside them at times.
Sting has some great devs under their belt. I haven't found a game I've loved as much as this one in a long time. My only complaint is bringing companions up to level can be a pain in the ass.
