Even IF they don't just 180 and censor things again, don't believe even for a second that future content won't come pre-packaged with censorship and China-safe materials. The bad thing is, nobody will know the difference, because they are not privy to what will be in future content packages.
For instance, if content update #14124 whatever is planned by the team before it is even released to the public, and the original original plan was to put a skull or some pooh bear looking guy or something in it, it will be censored before it even leaves the gates, and, since nobody but the development team knows about it, there won't be any bad PR regarding Ubisoft censoring shit because that shit never existed in the first place.
