I have almost 250 games on Steam as well as huge catalogues of games to emulate (all of the NES/SNES/SMS/Genesis/GB library, as well as hefty collection of handpicked games for PS1, PS2, N64, Sega Saturn and GC titles). As well as an old Wii, Wii U, Switch and 3DS. And a bunch of Non-Steam older PC games and some usermade content.

Out of all of those, there are maybe two or three games around or exceeding a 50GB filesize, and surely none reach 100.

It’s going to be three games in a few years. Collected into one wrapped up package of Warhammer 3 + 20-30 dlc that carry over game to game, around 50 expansions if you count the Free-LC. Yeah, ironically first couple games that could handle many threads were Lost Planet 1&2, LP1 scales with up to 4 threads but stops really seeing much past that, LP2 scales up to 8 and it literally crushes any quadcores even to this day (the B benchmark dips to low 20s on my 4790k whereas some guy with an 8400 sees almost double that) but I never even saw anyone running the benchmark with more than that if there's a threadripper/i9fag you know or one reading this I'd enjoy seeing how well the bench runs on that

Crysis 2 was affected by over-tessalation that Nvidia pushed into the game to suppress AMD’s graphics card performance. However this over-tessalation only affected things on the highest ultra settings.Settings only benchmarking monkeys would be leaving on.
