Pretty much any turn-based strategy game can be played using just a mouse. I like Age of Wonders, but pretty much anything from the genre is good. Just ask if you want more recommendations.
You need to be more specific in what kind of game you are looking for. There is quite a lot that can be played with only one hand on PC.

As others have said, any turn-based game, but Diablo style games don't really need more than a mouse, especially if you have one with more than three buttons.
There's also P&C adventures, city builders, and RTSes that don't require high APM.

If you emulate stuff you can swap the buttons so pretty much any game with few enough buttons can be played on a modern controller with face buttons mapped to shoulder buttons. Anything from before the SNES is easy. There are hundreds of good games on Atari, NES, Game Boy, and Genesis that can all be played this way. After that, controllers started having too many buttons to make this work for all games, but there are still plenty that work fine. Crash Bandicoot 1 only uses two face buttons, for Jump and Spin, so you can map those to two shoulder buttons that most modern controllers have on either side. Mario 64 sorta works if you map the Z button to pressing the joystick (like L3 or R3 on a PS controller) and if you're using your left hand just map the C-buttons to the D-pad. Zelda works for this too. I'm sure there are plenty of other examples if you get creative.

You could probably play Portal 1 if you put your mind to it. I can't recall any puzzles that require you to move and shoot portals at the same time off the top of my head. Portal 2 is probably beyond you; too many puzzles that require movement and aiming at the same time.
You could probably play most racing games if you invested in a wheel and some pedals. Depending on which hand is gimped you could probably play a lot of platformers by remapping movement to ijkl, jump to space and sprint to shift.

You can even play RTS if you don't mind having a handicap. You can't make it to the top there, but if you lose it's because you only have one arm and if you win your opponent is humiliated. Racing too, although it'll be much easier if you get pedals.
For games that need too many keys don't forget to remap the key to somewhere you can reach other keys easily. Like instead of moving with the arrows use ijkl so you have easy access to space and the nearby letters.

to be honest I don't really know what the popular gaming forums are. I think there is no handicapped thread on halfchan though so I guess the dataminers prefer it here.
But that's beside the point really, because it's just not viable to do this:
1) datamining different websites is really hard to do because they all have different structures. You'd either have to have a specific crawler for each one of them or some ultra proprietary technology to get the right content regardless of the page setup
2) data from random forums is not statistically representative of the wider population i.e. useless if you want to base anything on that. I could understand it if they were scraping emails for example, but this is too much
