The true ending gives the actual final boss, so yeah, you should go for that ending. All you have to do is go back to the Junes food court. You should also just be focusing on certain characters, mainly your party since the only thing the other characters give you after maxing out is access to a Persona you can fuse for. Yes, although the PS4 versions will have all the stuff that made the PC version good (extra VA, turbo mode, etc). It also has dual audio without having to hack it in, if that's your cup of tea (though the Japanese voice track only has the default number of lines, so you still have lots of silent Rean). It's mostly important because them bringing that over probably means 3 and 4 aren't far behind.
