Back when before I built the computer a few years ago, Intel Haswell quad processors costed over 200 bucks. That pentium in itself is good enough for the games I play, I dont feel interested to sidegrade to a bigger Haswell/Broadwell proc yet until I find an used chip on ebay or something. I thought the Dustforce influence was pretty clear too, and after hundreds of hours in that one I'm willing to try something that's ripping it off. Prime Mover reminded me more of KOHCTPYKTOP but as far as I'm aware it's sold like shit, probably because Exapunks scratched everyone's itch.

Shadow Warrior 2 was free on GOG yesterday. I don't know if it still is. I've been having some fun with it.
If you have friends I'd suggest Rising Storm 2: Vietnam. My lads and I have been having a blast with that one lately.
I must admit, I'm not really a fan of CRPGs that much, so I wouldn't know what an alternative to Pillars II would be.
The only CRPG I've tried was a pirated Divinity 2: OS. It was a pretty fun "poke around until you find something interesting" RPG.
Two Point Hospital is pretty good.
Jurassic World Evolution is pretty good.
Kingdom Come Deliverance is pretty good.
But that's only the games I know from 2018.
You should try finding old games that you haven't played yet, because you'll get more options that way.
So, just ask me what your looking for and I can name a few old titles I know of.

Thanks for taking the effort. I have already played Shadow Warrior 2. It was okay, but the bullet sponging was very annoying after a while.
Currently, I am playing Fallout Nevada, a Russian Fallout stand-alone mod. It is based on Fallout 2 and very nice (still buggy, though). I would love a decent shock game, but sadly Prey: Mooncrash turned out to be a fucking rogue-like.
In general, a good RPG would be nice. Ideally, something akin to Gothic 2, Fallout 2 or an actually good CRPG. Kingdom Come Deliverance is supposed to be good, but a medieval simulator just holds no interest to me. I loved Enderal, even though it is based on shitty Skyrim. Check it out if you haven't done so already.
A good action game/platformer would be okay as well. I enjoyed Ruiner and Hotline Miami. The gameplay has to be fun and not super frustration.

I know I'm shilling for Team Ladybug a lot this past week but play their games. Pharaoh Rebirth+, Konosuba The Resurrection of Vwhatshisname and SMT Synchronicity Prologue. They make excellent, fun games and Luna Nights from what I've seen looks just as detailed as PR+ was with the great fast gameplay of Konosuba.
Just let me finish PR+ and I swear I'll webm its boss rush.
