GVMERS and Raycevick on youtube both have a good collection of videos. I like Ray's ME 10, ME2 7 and ME 3 5 years later videos.
If you can stand some pretentiousness, there's one called Indie Game:The Movie. Unfortunately follows Phil Fish pre crazy developing Fez, guy who developed Braid but the reason you might want to give this a look is Edmund McMillen and Tommy Refenes when they were developing Super Meat Boy. Long story short Ed had to get money and his parents mortgaged their house again when they're retied to give him the money needed to finish Super Meat Boy. He was invited by Microsoft to take part in one of their XBLA events to launch first there. There's a bit of panic as the game didn't go live at the stated time but a few hours later was active and sold 20k units in the first day. Would later go on to sell a million copies and Ed paid back his parents mortgage.
Pretty much the only indie dev story worth listening to in there. They had a good idea because they developed a flash game in 2008 with it being a prototype for Meat Boy, they got the money, worked on it and eventually were able to make bank.

I'm not sure people know what the term "e-celeb" means anymore. It's in the name, it's an internet celebrity. People who make these kinds of videos aren't celebrities because nobody cares about who they are, only the videos they make. At least, most of them aren't celebrities. Some of them are, and they're shit.

Look at the "World Record in Speedrunning" videos on YT. There's a guy that goes into the history of various games, the speedrunning around it, and stuff like that. The SMB1 and Mario Kart ones are pretty good in particular

Ahoy went from making videos about Call of Duty weapon loadouts (which did touch on the history of the weapon and had good presentation) to genuinely well researched, well written documentaries about various games, genres or concepts/weapons.
