I know the bunch of mexicans here idolizes SNK but cmon, KOF is below average at best in terms of graphics
I never liked SS either, they always struggled to balance the past games, the last SS (6) was a shitshow coupled with their shoved donut steel fanservice character that nobody liked (Iroha) because it was just adding anime tits to the game for the sake of it, she belonged in a game like Melty Blood not SS,

SNK does all their localizations in house; you can import all of their games and it will include english on the cart/disc or you can always wait for the eventual PC version which SNK always self-publishes like they do for the japanese console releases. NISA just handles the distribution and advertising for the console western releases, they don't do any programming or "translating". You can completely avoid them and still get the game in english
