>They're almost always better formatted than shitty wiki guides, and text FAQS.
Not always, depended entirely on how accurate the information in them was, and some were notorious for being inaccurate.
>As much as I enjoy finding these things at used book stores, the Nintendo Tax has even infect the little old ladies club shops.
>Went out earlier this week.
>Bookstore somehow had gotten in a copy of the 2001 guidebook for Tales of Destiny II (IE: Tales of Eternia).
>Looked like it had never been used.
>Get a bit curious since I love that game, not planning to buy it but still give it a looking over.

I know the game itself is like a hundred and twenty dollarydoos these days around here, but the guide should not be between a fourth and third of the price, even if in good condition and not seen much. Especially when there's an old RPGshrine that serves the same purpose better if one needs help with something.
