Just got a PC with a nice I5 7th gen , NVidya1060 gpu and 8 gb of ram (I know is low but I spent every penny on this setup I literally have like 80 bucks left in my bank account) the other specs I rather keep it vague so you guys don't go around the bushes discussing my build.

I have a Dual Monitor setup one with HDMI and the other one with DVI. Last game I truly played was Call of Duty Black Ops back in the day when I had a PS3 , haven't played much since then , played a year of LoL before university got the best of me and well after that every game I had wouldn't run on my laptop (HD 3000 integrated shit) , would play old n64 games , some classics (Half Life, System Shock, Quake) but I want to play with other people , I'm finishing uni and I'm having more free time than before , also with better time organization I have procrastination time that I usually spend on watching youtube videos of vidya or streams of vidya I wish I could play…

I have the following list of games that I'll be downloading soon so feel free to shit on it or whatever I can take it , I'm a grown ass man.

The only games worth playing on your f2p list are Path of Exile and Warframe. Their biggest flaws are being huge grindfests.

Kingdome Come: Deliverance and ELEX are pretty good and recent openworld RPGs which will be able to take advantage of a good PC.

Since you listed Skyrim and seem to be into these openworld games I'd also suggest Enderal, a so called total conversion mod.

It's technically a mod but a fully voice acted story set in a different universe with a lot of changes from the base game. It's honestly a lot better than Skyrim.

It ain't rocket science, son. You get CEMU, you get the game, set up the controls and you play it. No need for voodoo magic involving BIOS files and plugins like PSX. If you run into some minor graphical bugs, the emulator's support forum has extensive information for tweaking, due to their game by game approach of developing but last I checked the game is completely playable from start to finish with all the extra content+modding access.
