I'm playing Singularity and TimeShift back to back, and I was wondering if there are any other games that do time manipulation as a game mechanic. Singularity is kinda shitty in this regard, as it just renders it for puzzles and the occasional "press to kill" button. That game does make me appreciate how awsome TimeShift is, though. Besides that stupid Air Blimp section, Being able to just tear through enemies with the suits power is pretty cathartic, what with being able to doge bullets and set up a blood path like F.E.A.R.

All of the Max Payne games. The first one, for a great shooter, the second for a great John Woo film, and the third one to simulate smashing your skull into walls and falling out of bullet time because "muh cinematic gayming" ruins everything. Also, Stranglehold.

Actually every video game has time manipulation. They transport you from the most fun time in your life to when you're in your mid twenties and you hate your life your job and everything else is shit.

Hopefully there's a sequel to superhot, or a game with a similar mechanic without the gay "ur not in control" story
