Both suck, reminder that there is not one single runescape version that emulates actual old runescape. OSRS has tranny shit and /v/scape is an autistic pile of garbage that thought multiplying the xp and gold rate by 4 times as well as adding a bunch of gay quests that gave you stupid amounts of xp was a good idea. I'm mad as fuck at /v/scape because it could have been good if it wasn't bad.

I've been playing an embarrassing amount of OSRS lately. My only 2 gripes are the faggot scarf and the Varrock diary requiring the authenticator for medium completion. But I can walk into the GE on most worlds and say oy vey and have at least one person say shut it down so I know it's not all bad in the faggotry department.

I played OSRS for a bit but then I got bored. Towards the end nothing really interested me and I passed the time chopping yews. It took me a while but I realized my tastes had shifted from wanting to see my own character improve over time to seeing the impact my character had on improving the world and those around him.

While Runescape is great for the former, it's not that great for the latter so I moved on to other RPGs and MMOs.
