His fuck session with Kyrie is interrupted when some fag in a cloak, Vergil I'm guessing, cuts off his demon arm. Nero is so traumatized by the experience he teams up with some ugly nigger in an RV to hunt down demons who have invaded some big ass city. Dante realizes he has to save the series from the cucked Nero and finally leaves Hell on the bike from DMC2. aside from the artstyle, it looks ok. I'd need to see more footage.

Story has always been meh in the series, and at the very least the tone in this one doesn't seem to be leaving behind the goofy aspects… all that matters is the gameplay, replay value, and difficulty. It doesn't look like DMC4 mate. It's not quite DmC DMC but it's inched closer to it. The promo art looks like it could be a bloody metalcore album cover which old DMC never could have. Truthfully though I think it looks way closer to RE6 or FFXV than DmC DMC but some of these characters are just ugly for no reason. I could deal with an art style change but I don't think it was needed. From the small snippets of gameplay in that trailer it does look reminiscent of Nero's DMC4 gameplay but there's fuck all to go off of. Enemies also looked to be passive in the trailer, didn't see much of what they can do.

DMC is one of those series I never really dived into. I'm looking forward to playing the rest of them but at the moment I'm moreso focused on playing through the Final Fantasy series.
