With that much shit thrown at the wall, you're going to find at least a few things that have stuck. Some of them weren't funny then but are applicable now. Seriously, there have been three major waves of verifiable Aryans invasions into Asia, first the original Proto-Indo-Europeans that we know as "Aryans", then the Scythian steppe tribes who spread all the way from Greece to China during their glory days, and finally the Macedonian invasions, which stopped at India but which had profound and lasting effects on Asian culture, spreading as far as Japan.
Meso-America is a little harder to prove, I can't tell you what exact group of whites invaded them in the distant past to effect their culture so heavily, but it must have happened. They revered white skin as holy, they considered their founding gods to be white men, many of their pagan deities were identical in iconography and cosmological role to European pagan deities, and in Aztec and Mayan society green eyes were prized by the noblemen and considered a symbol of "divine lineage".
