Given the art direction and developer description, you're likely right. I think there is some room to explore here, considering how easily the concepts of Tinder and #MeToo/#TimesUp could be subverted to make interesting gameplay/story themes in a story like Leisure Suit Larry avoiding allegations of rape, using props like consent contracts to comedic effect, etc., but I won't hold my breath.

Saturated fats. Contrary to the last few decades of government health advice, animal fats are great for you, provided you don't heat them too high, store them too long or in the sun (rancidity is fats oxidizing) or reuse them more than once.
Butter is perfectly healthy, but you don't want to pan fry things in it as the heat will burn components of it. Clarified butter is fine to pan fry with. Ghee is a step beyond that. Grass fed butter had a MUCH better omega-3/omega-6 ratio. Our modern diet is very high in omega-6's and it's yet another way we are being effected. Omega-6's are not bad, the ratio is just off.
Coconut oil is good for high heat applications.
You can oven bake bacon, and then run the fat through a coffee filter into a jar. Just keep it in a fridge and it'll be great for months. Leaving it out in room temperature in the sun, and constantly adding to it isn't so great. And again, don't heat it up too hot. Figure out it's smoking point for your stove top, and back off a bit from that. Getting oil to hot occasionally isn't going to kill you, what we are trying to avoid is decades of constant high exposure.
Don't use olive oil with heat, but it's fine for other applications.
All fats will eventually degrade, but certain types have a structure that makes them exponentially prone to degradation. Vegetable oils (including canola/seed oils) are a step beyond that even, they are separated from the anti-oxidents they were paired with in the plant they came from, while being subjected to heat and pressure. This warps them into a structure that is not found in nature. It also makes them "stable" and a great preservative as bacteria have a hard time breaking them down due to both the novel chemical structures and large amount of free radicals (our bodies actually produce free radicals to fight bacterial infection).
All cooking produces free radicals, but we are perfectly capable of dealing with a reasonable amount, especially when backed up with vegetables and spices which provide lots of anti-oxidants. The modern diet is completely unreasonable.
Also, don't use fish oil supplements, those go through a similar process to vegetable oil and reach you in a degraded state. I am uncertain about krill oil, which may be ok due to the antioxidants that weren't removed.
In the next few weeks I'm going to get around to scanning the latest edition of "Deep Nutrition" and uploading it to whatever /pol/ health thread is around. The first edition is already available on the internet archive. The newer addition has more sources and updated research.
