Caves of Qud has a cooking system that lets you use various parts of enemies as a meat component in meals. Though currently they all give the same bonus and have no unique effect, so while you can make "Sauteed Apple Farmer's Daughter face with Starapple Compote" it will have the same effects as one that just uses goat meat or something. You can also dismember faces and wear them for an Ego (equivalent of Charisma) boost but the faction of the dude who's face you're wearing will be pissed.

I genuinely believe the mechanic of eating your opponents in an FPS can be fun. It was in a mod for Natural Selection 2, and I think it was in the original NS as well.
The large gorilla rhino alien could eat a marine whole and they would take damage until dead in its stomach. Killing the Onos would free the Marine, but usually you just died in there.
From the Marine's perspective, you are trapped in pink flesh and can punch the insides while being digested. I think this dealt some small damage and helped to take down the Onos if your allies were shooting at it. I found it amusing.
But nobody could reasonably implement this into a game without being suspected as a disgusting freak, and I'd be worried about the sort of playerbase you'd attract.

Really only Qunia's version of blue magic does it. For example, FF5's need you to get hit, while Strago's Lore in FF6 you need to see if (which amusingly enough due to a bug blind wan entirely pointless aside from making it so Strago couldn't learn Lores). I forget how it worked in 8 and 10 but wasn't it trapped behind character limits making it suck hard either way? I also know in the lore FF11 has Blue Mages grafting monster parts on to them, but gameplay it doesn't really work out that way. Different game modes could offer different win criteria, whether one team wipes the other out, or if you need to score a certain number of points. I'm just gonna throw a lot of shit at the wall and see what sticks.
Needed quality of life features:
-Personalization system. Important for multiplayer fetish games. A Phantasy Star Online 2 kind of system would work well, with individual items having content tags. Maybe allow mods.
-Server settings to filter content by tags (Disallow characters with cosmetics tagged as 'Furry' equipped, for example)
Class-based gameplay would keep individual players happy with variety, while also allowing for each to cater to fetishes. Reskinning movesets allows for multiple predator styles without a billion classes.
Predator Classes
Human - Wildcards, but depend on equipment rather than abilities. Just as likely to use stealth mechanics to make you think they're prey too as they are to just shoot you.
Giant - Humanoids, but massive. Gameplay wise, probably monsters in melee combat. I don't care for these, but Anons seem to love giantesses.
Monsters - Anything that fights with claw and tooth. Good balance of savagery and stealth. Werewolves, vampires, xenomorphs, whatever. Drop from ceilings on people.
Spirits - "Caster" class. Succubi/Incubi, ghosts, etc. Sneaky, can fly, phase through walls, create illusions, and target prey's life force or soul instead of their body.
Nonhumanoid - Plants, tentacles, spiders/driders, goo monsters. Trap and area-control based hunters that lay snares and use poison or other dirty tricks. Weak in direct combat.
The Shapeshifter - Only one per team. Can disguise as any other class from either team and use its more basic abilities. Can disguise as items to ambush prey that pick him up.
Prey Classes
Human - No special abilities, but make use of tools or weapons found in maps.
Little - An alternative human option to represent small humans, whether they're shortstacks or lolis. Sneakier and can get more places, but slower and weaker.
Herbivore - Represent natural meals, like kemono creatures of non-intimidating nature. Only prey with inbuilt special abilities, but may have other drawbacks. Mousegirls, bunnygirls, that kind of thing.
Minis - Smallest and weakest, but most evasive. Can get damn near anywhere, but are a foot or less tall, scurrying around. Practically no combat ability, but evasive. Can't use pickups, but can activate traps.
Chattel - Degraded individuals with low stats. Easy but unattractive targets for predators, rewarding little, respawning instantly, and the player can respawn thrice as many times as normal. Quantity over quality.
The Survivor - Only one per team. Human with considerably higher base stats, a good starting weapon, regenerating HP, and a sixth sense for disguised predators.

-Takedown: Lay out a grappling finisher on a weakened opponent, from which you can transition directly into eating or carrying away if you win.
-Struggle: Throwing a Pokeball while it's still at green health. A PvP minigame begins with handicaps in favor of who has the most HP or strength. Still mostly skill-dependent.
Once you've got them, you can choose how to best extract worth from them.
-Savor: Basically an excuse to draw it out. Get disabled prey to a quiet corner and accrue points/resources over time, gaining more the longer you use them. Can finish/release them in emergency.
-Passive Digestion: The prey is swallowed. The predator's stats temporarily skew in favor of attack and defense, losing some maneuverability and speed.
-Larder: Predator team should have a dropoff point in each map. Incapacitate prey (either with damage or traps/restraints) and carry them back to score/buff your team. Capture the Meat embedded in TDM.
-Active Digestion: Consume the target and become temporarily immobile as you really wring it out of them. Makes you very vulnerable, but you get the most points/HP/whatever if you succeed.
