It has been a long-ass fucking time since there's been a good action-oriented non-turn-based open-ended Morrowind-esque RPG with custom player characters not counting Fallout 4, and I'm really starting to feel it.

I've already played all of the major and/or obvious titles (TES series, Fallout 3, Dragon's Dogma, Gothic series), does /v/ have any other recommendations that can maybe scratch the itch?
