If you want to correctly model sex differences in an RPG you want women to have penalties to all physical stats, and then alter their distribution for mental stats to have thinner tails (for instance, if you're rolling for stats, women could roll 5d4 and men roll 2d10, while point buy could require women to pay more to raise stats past 14 than men). A charisma bonus doesn't make much sense (how many great female leaders have there been?), though they should get bonuses to social skill checks made to influence men in certain situations.
You generally don't want to correctly model sex differences in an RPG. It doesn't add to the fun.

For something like lockpicking, the apex of that kind of precision is surgery, and that skews more male than doctors as a whole do. I think surgery is a bad example, exactly for the reasons you listed. It's a high-stress environment that likely appeals to the sort of type-A personalities that are more common among men. Overall men are more psychologically driven to seek success for what should be obvious evolutionary reasons.
I'm also not sure it's a good example in an RPG environment. Dexterity is, of course, critical here, but typically in an RPG, surgery would primarily be a test against some sort of medical skill.

On an other note. Playing dead rising on the wii was a blast. Surprised me it runs on the resident evil engine. If only they could have gotten rid of the pop in and put in more zombie variations, it would be hands down the best version of the game in the series.

Oh you have one of the gimped Wiis. Just so you know, it's possible to play GameCube on them still thanks to nintendont. You just need a supported controller. I use a PS3 one for that since both my actual GC controllers have broken sticks. Also I won't piss on waggle since it makes the button mash QTEs less terrible but I will for them not rebalancing the game with the vastly easier aiming. The control is too good for what's supposed to feel a bit stiff and awkward.

No, your information is wrong. All Wii's have a blue LED for the disc drive. the power LED is green and the standby is yellow (always disable wii connect 24 tho.) There are 3 wii models, RVL-001 which is the launch model that has a few different outside shells (red, white, black) and RVL-101 which is a second revision which removed hardware gamecube compatibility (lacking controller ports and memory card slots) but this can be circumvented through loaders like nintendon't. These are also in white, black and red - it's easy to discern these because the Wii logo on the front indicates its meant to only lie flat. The last one is the wii mini which isn't worth talking about.

Because the descending colon just kind of "floats" around your insides, held in place by bands of elastic tissues that allow it to streighten out somewhat when you shit so you don't get blockages in that corner where it cuts over and attaches to the rectum. She just stretched those out similar to how a gymnast or contortionist practices stretching. Some of it may just be raw natural talent too.
The only thing I think she'd really have to worry about is increasing the likelihood of developing megacolon from continual stretching, but even then - a dilated colon itself isn't that serious of a condition. It's the ulcers and fecal tumors that form from megacolon which can create toxic masses that fuck up your intestine's function.
