The reason you don't see too much cyberpunk games anymore is because we live in the cyberpunk dystopia, only that it's so much worse because none of the cool shit in the books or games was actually invented.

Well, not a real sequel. But as I remember it the developer was going for a trilogy. Downfall is the first game(the one that got remade, breddy gud), the cat lady and then a third game(no idea if it ever came about). The games are interconnected in some ways. Thematically obviously, but there's also two characters from downfall showing up in the cat lady.

once you get to a floor, the ghost will follow you, you can get inside an office and close the door, the ghost will destroy the door in a few seconds, i guess its not really a ghost, so you need to "solve" a puzzle by turning on a elevator this was badly implemented, you dont have time to explore the floor and KNOW you need to power up the elevator, because the damn ghost appears way to quick and starts following you and by solving it, I mean just clicking on all the possible options the game gives you as a list, maybe it was made that way to not make people pixelhunt, but it just forces you to wonder around until you see the "interact" signal, also, for some strange reason an interaction for a new item appears in the office once you have selected all the options available in the office, why? da fuck would i know, all this while the ghost is about to enter the office and rape you.
After you active the elevator you didnt know you could activate, you need to evade the ghost, how you ask? maybe there is a stealth mechanic? maybe you can use a weapon? nope, QTE because that is what the kids love this days right?, once you do it correctly, you can run at the elevator and activate it, of course there is a wait for the elevator to open dramatic moment and the demo ends.
So, I replayed it, trying to skip a few steps, I run to the office, collected all that shit, evade the ghost and shut the door of the office while the ghost was inside it, and activated the elevator, surprise motherfucker! the ghost is already near you and the whole "wait for the elevator doors to open" climax starts, because fuck you!
the only good thing going for this game are the boobs, cyberpunk and the no fucks giving dialog we do what we want, i guess there is room for improvement if you reach the devs, but i dont know. If they fucking delete the QTEs and replace them for choices it would be great.
