There's a combination of things that all add up to get the disc irritated and start bulging: Heavy weightlifting, running, sitting for long stretches at a time, bad posture, genetic predisposition. Then I saw a physio about it who gave me a load of exercises to do and the third day doing them my disc herniated. Looking in to suing him, a second opinion says his advice was woeful and 6/8 of the exercises were bad for the disc.

I feel you, that's how I was just before I dropped out (and well after) I dropped out of college. It took me months to work up the courage to just even put out an application ONLINE, let alone go to some store and god forbid as the EMPLOYEE about filling out an application.

Yep, although that effect is usage and dose dependent, I avoid taking it more than 3 days straight and at an ultra low dose of 2.5 mg. It shouldn't even have an effect at that dose, but it does for me.

Yeah. There was a guy in one of my classes a few years back that was alright to talk about stuff with and have as a seat neighbor for classwork and bouncing ideas off of, but had zero notion of power level control. I got a job but didn't really start breaking out of my shell until I went to a few concerts and went on a solo road trip. For me it was a gradual working away from neetdom, but man is it easy to fall back into it.
Unrelated to any of the above replies, but I picked up a normalfag triple A title for once (COD Infinite Warfare), and actually had a ton of fun with the campaign on the highest difficulty. There was a plot twist where shit goes south and you storm a capital ship's surface that really reminded me of assualting the Citadel in Mass Effect 1. Even better, beating the game unlocks a mode that has no regen health, your limbs can be injured by gunfire, as can your helmet (Which you have find replacements for), and even your gun can be shot out of your hands. Dunno if I'll play through it again tho, because the enemy is cringeworthy and two dimensional.
