Megamari is still pretty damn good but I can't get past the title screen for Rock Maiden 3 for some reason. No controls respond.

Not sure if you can really call it a Megaman clone, but had some fun with the Legend of Dark Witch trilogy on 3DS. Basically, it's Megaman with Gradius-style powerups. And it's free through FreeShop.
