The helicopter sequence is 100% QTE. The combat is Arkham-style, which is feeling a bit overused right now, but not even Arkham used QTE (or at least Asylum and City, I never played the later ones).

No, Peter only died in the Ultimate Universe, which was like a secondary universe that basically existed to be more "modern" and easier for newbies to jump into. But after a decade it got just as confusing so they just killed Peter, since they could never do that in the main universe, and eventually killed the whole universe. The black kid that replaced Ultimate Peter moved to the main universe but he sucks even more now than he did at first. But regular Peter Parker is still around. He's just written like a cuck most of the time since Current Year Marvel is the biggest hive of SJWs ever imagined.

I really enjoyed Peter facing off with not-Dracula during JMS's run, at least until he went full retard and made them into a plurality race of something. Then Peter got super spider bone spike power or something. Man it got dumb.

At least he brought back MJ and got Aunt May in on the big secret with great character development. It was done really well and actually moved the characters forwards but that's a crime in the world of capecrap so it all got rolled back.

One More Day put the final nail in the coffin. Spidey was already on his last leg for a long time before that.
