I remember some years back when their CEO vanished off the face of the earth and the company went bankrupt. Wasn't a lot of discussion about it, but general opinion on /v/ at the time though was that they were a hit or miss enough dev that it wasn't a huge loss that the company went under. Granted, I haven't personally played much of their stuff other than Sands of Destruction, which was interesting enough but suffered publisher meddling on Sega's end, so I can't speak much of their quality myself.

Atlus doesn't generally include dual audio natively. I think it has an undub patch for use with a modded 3DS though.

Pretty sure they were already having financial problems for a while. In fact, Stella Glow was released in Japan after the studio had already went under from the look of things, leaving it something of a posthumous release by Sega as publisher for it.

There was speculation of Yakuza back when it happened, at least from western discussion. All that's known though is that the guy just fucking disappeared and apparently no one's seen or heard of him since.

In the same article, Ryoei Mikage's Twitter account was noted as being inactive publicly for months. The following month, Imageepoch was confirmed to have gone bankrupt.
